Rent Adjustment Program
Covered units (generally pre-1983) are limited to an annual CPI-based increase set by the city; anything above it requires a petition or tenant agreement.
Just cause (Measure EE)
Evictions from covered units require one of the listed just causes, and no-fault evictions trigger relocation obligations.
